From 1 July 2023 the way members of the public make a complaint about primary care services (GPs, pharmacy, optometry) to the commissioner has changed. Rather than contacting NHS England, they now need to contact their local integrated care board (ICB) in West Yorkshire or Humber & North Yorkshire. Members of the public can still make a complaint to the provider. This has NOT changed.
