Changes to our Online Appointment Booking Service
In accordance with latest NHS England Coronavirus (COVID -19) advice – Online appointment booking has been turned off.
This is to ensure we can thoroughly screen all patients who attend the surgery. If you think your problem is suitable for a telephone consultation please let our reception team know. This is our preferred method of contact with you to reduce infection spread.

Please do not come to the surgery for any reason if you have:
- History of foreign travel in the past 14 days, or
- Contact with anyone with Corona Virus, or
- Fever, cough, or shortness of breath
We recommend that you register for online access. It's a simple and secure way to order your medication. You can also send online messages regarding any medical matters which go straight onto your medical record so are more secure and confidential. To proceed, email photos of 2 separate forms of ID (1 with a photo and 1 with your home address) to email@example.com & we will then send log in details.
Online services include:
- Ordering prescriptions
- Managing appointments
- Secure messaging
- Medical Record viewing
Online access for children – access is available for children up until the child’s 11th birthday. For reasons of confidentiality no access is available for children between the ages of 11 and 16. Once a child reaches 16 they can then apply for access in their own right.
